CUSTOM MADE ORDERS TAKE UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS TO FULFILL
Please allow an extra 5-7 days on top of your normal delivery time. All orders are sent by our chosen couriers.
Orders are sent 2nd class or next working day service unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are £4.99 excluding vat for orders under £200 ex vat. Orders over £200 ex vat are free to the UK mainland.
When placing an order, you must specify a delivery address. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods to you within 3-4 working days for UK and 7-10 working days for international orders.
Where you have ordered more than one item, we reserve the right to deliver each item separately.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.
Cut off time for next working day delivery is 4pm (GMT). If you place your order after 4pm the order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. If you place your order after 4pm on Thursday your order will be dispatched Friday for delivery on Monday. If you place your order after 4pm on Friday your order will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This information is only valid for next day delivery items. Any order received by us after 16:00pm (GMT) on any working day shall be deemed to have been received by us at 9:00am on the next working day.
Orders ordered between Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the next following Monday.

We offer a 28 day return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund.
We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require then you can return them for a full refund. This does not include printed items or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received in.
To return your items please use the return form. To obtain a returns form please log into your account, click on order history then click on the order you wish to return items from. Then click the products within the order that you wish to return. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click return items, you will then be emailed your returns form. Print it off and send the items back to us. Please note we do not pay for return postage and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us so we therefore recommend using a signed for service. We will refund the original delivery charge if you are returning your whole, complete order. Part returns will only be refunded for the garments received. If you have placed your order without opening an account please contact us and we will upgrade you so you will be able to receive a returns form.
if you have received the wrong items or faulty items please contact us and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items before decorating or altering. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are uk sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages these must be reported immediately on the same day. . We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premise
